In 2015 we were asked to look after a stone house near Alaró while its owners were in London. What began as a favour became a discipline: a written condition report every quarter, a trade list vetted village by village, and a rule we have never broken — we take on no more houses than we can visit each week.
Our team is Mallorcan and resident. The gardener who prunes your olives has pruned them for twenty years; the mason who repoints your marès learned it from his father in Santanyí.
It is why we do not grow quickly. A new house is only accepted when the person who will keep it already has the time to keep it properly.
Who owns what, who stays when, and what was asked for — none of it leaves the house. We do not photograph your interiors and we do not publish your address.
Marès, tile, lime plaster and old timber ask for people who have handled them before. We keep a small register of trades and we pay them properly.
Every house is within an hour of a member of our team, every day of the year, including the two weeks in August when the island stops.
The same custodian, the same gardener, the same housekeeper — year after year. Familiarity is the whole service.
Fourteen people between Palma, Alaró and Santanyí: custodians, housekeepers, two gardeners, a maintenance pair, and a concierge desk that answers in Catalan, Spanish, English and German.
